Exchange/Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Damages: Only broken bottles or malfunctioning spray mechanisms.
  • Exchange Request: Must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Damaged Products:

  • Product must be returned in original packaging with invoice.
  • Provide proof of damage (photos/videos of broken bottle or spray).
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

How to Request an Exchange:

    • Contact customer service at our WhatsApp/email
    • Provide your order number, description, and proof of damage.
    • We will guide you through the exchange process.

Processing Time:

    • Exchanges will be processed within 7-15 business days after receiving the returned item.
    • A replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.

No Refunds:

    • No refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges for damaged products are offered.
